Mixer/Conditioner

One of our approved standard products is our Mixer Conditioner. There are many sizes in our program and if necessary custom made.

A machine which is capable of conditioning meal prior to pelleting. Steam and liquids can be added and retention times controlled.Is available in stainless steel. TWIN Mix Hygienic feed treatment. This is a combination of two Mix conditioners. It gives some formulations a full heat treatment at maximum dwell times of 40 seconds at 20 tons/hour. New EC regulations support the advantages of this machine.
